The Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW will provide quality care and will complete assessments related to psychosocial, discharge, and intake.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW will work collaboratively with all levels within the organization.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW will utilize problem-solving skills and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
