Reliability Electrical Engineer

Performs engineering assignments (production, maintenance, process, capital projects, etc.) involving the application of established electrical technology and principles and often requiring coordination with other engineering and functional competencies to provide economical and expedient task implementation.? May be assigned to lead the electrical function associated with project.? May also lead commissioning, startups, and troubleshooting.

Primary Objectives:

  • Proactively identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues to support and improve efficiency of the manufacturing facilities

  • Daily monitoring of electrical performance in the facility

  • Work with plant operational teams to drive continuous improvement efforts related to electrical performance

  • Support for new product and technology introductions to the plant, interfacing with others in the company

  • Execution of detailed projects covering electrical aspects of manufacturing

  • Implement the plant electrical preventive and predictive programs

  • To conduct cost, material and efficiency studies

  • Participate in project teams and all activities related to electrical technical support.

  • Electrical documentation

  • Design and development of operations protocols, processing equipment installations and plant upgrades related to electrical installation

  • To conduct field assessments and audits on electrical equipment.

  • To lead the site electrical team consisting of 1 direct report and 7 indirect reports

  • To lead and implement all Chemours standard/policy related to electrical??


  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. Significant previous experience in similar position. (Min 5-7 years)

  • Strong values on safety awareness and execution

  • Proficient in operating at least one computerized business operating system and in PC Software such as basic Microsoft Office (word?and Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in accuracy and attention to detail?

  • Good time management capability

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze potential manufacturing problems and initiate appropriate solutions

  • Familiar with problem solving skills

  • Ability to organize and run effective meetings

  • Proven ability to:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
